I’ve been busy out in the garage! I ran and wired new electrical to support 6 additional outlets. (Garage was severely underpowered.) Currently working on rewiring the existing wiring so it is all tucked behind the studs so I can insulate and tack up some OSB. The garage is quite full of “stuff”, and working around it has been a challenge to say the least. Making good progress, as I’m already ready to insulate most of it.
Also, met up with Dennis Oelmann on Saturday and was able to check out his Cozy III as well as his shop. I asked if I could sit in it, and he graciously said no problem. It is certainly “cozy”, however doable. I was surprised to see that the size of Dennis’ shop was actually a bit smaller than mine. If he can build such quality products in a place smaller than mine, I certainly won’t have any excuses! Dennis also offered to let me use his templates and jigs, and claims that that alone could save up to as much as a year off the build time! Wow… That’s awesome! Dennis seems like a great guy, and I look forward to working with him in the future.
